What are your shipping costs?

Our digital products don’t require shipping. After you place your order, you can download your product right away.

Shipping prices for our physical products vary. Depending on the product, the shipping option, and the country of destination, different costs are applicable. You will be presented with a fixed shipping rate at checkout. Everything is transparent and clear before you place the order.

Where is my order?

Still waiting for your order? The estimated delivery date is based on previous experiences of our Print-on-Demand partner, and guarantees of the delivery agent. Depending on the chosen shipping option, your region, and external factors like holidays it might take a little longer.

Please give it a few days, but feel free to contact us if you want us to dive into it.

How much does shipping cost?

Below we will highlight a few estimates, based on the purchase of a T-shirt (as an example).

Where do you ship to?

Our digital products can be downloaded right away, it doesn’t matter where you live.

For our physical products, we work together with a Print-on-Demand partner. They have great contracts with a range of shipping agencies. Therefore, we can ship to almost any country worldwide. 

When placing an order you will be presented with a fixed shipping cost, and time estimate for your country.

We are very sorry if our Print-on-Demand partner does not deliver parcels in your country. 

 

Do I have to pay import fees or taxes?

Our products are printed and shipped as close to the delivery address as possible. This means that there is a fair chance your order will be manufactured and shipped from within your customs zone. In that case, your order is free from import/customs taxes.

If your order is being shipped from outside the EU, your order is always customs-free up to a value of €150.

If you live outside of the EU it all depends on the country of destination, and the country in which our products are printed. You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the products reach the specified delivery location.

Unfortunately, we don’t have any control over this process and the charges applied. Any additional charges for customs, import fees or taxes must be paid by you.

What packaging does my order come in?

Our physical products are sent out from our Print-on-Demand partner to you. We have thought carefully about what partner to team up with. 

Our current partner carefully selects the type of packaging required to safely get the items to you, whilst minimizing their environmental impact.

Products are sent out in cardboard boxes, or paper or plastic mailers. They mostly use plastic mailers, made from recycled plastic.

Can I change my shipping address?

You can only change your order’s shipping address if it hasn’t yet been dispatched.

Please get in touch as soon as possible if you have made a mistake. 

If you don’t contact us to make the change, your order will most likely be returned to the factory. If that happens, we can resent it, but we will be required to pass on the new shipping costs to you.

Returns and refunds

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do! At least, for our physical products. We hope that you make thoughtful decisions when buying one of our products. We are a small business and don’t have unlimited funds to deal with exchanges and returns. Please check our sizing guide when ordering clothing, to make sure you get it right the first time.

If the product isn’t up to your liking, or if you have ordered the wrong size, you can send it back. We do however want to emphasize to contact us first. As products are made on demand, they can’t be sold again. Therefore returns are a costly business to us. We would like to get in touch with you, to see if we can find a solution that’s satisfying to both of us.

Unfortunately, digital products are not eligible for a return/refund. But feel free to reach out if you have a question or complaint. We’re happy to help.

Who pays the return costs?

We are a small business and don’t have the means to offer free returns. You are (financially) responsible for sending your product(s) back.

How can I return my order?

Before returning an order it is important to get in touch with us. We are happy to help you out. 

Orders with physical products come with return instructions, but since this will send your products back to the factory, we would like to come up with a solution first. Contacting us first, will speed up the process.

Will you always refund my order?

If you contact us within 30 days after receiving the physical product, you are eligible for a refund. However, we can only refund your returned products if they are not damaged, not worn, not washed, and all labels are intact.

Note that only physical products are eligible for a refund.

Why do I need to contact you before I can send in a return?

As our physical products are printed on demand, returning items can become a costly business for us. That’s why we would like to get in touch with you first. We are happy to help out and see if we can find a fitting solution that satisfies both of us.

Where do I send my return?

After you have contacted us we can provide you with the correct return address. This address is also provided with your order. However, please get in touch before sending any products return.

My product is faulty, can I get a refund?

When a product isn’t up to standard or has a manufacturing error, we are responsible for offering a solution. Just get in touch, we’ll solve it for you!

Merchandise

Is it sustainable?

We have done our very best to ensure we produce our merchandise as sustainable as possible.

This is why we chose to Print-on-Demand only. We don’t like warehouses full of clothing. Your order will be produced on demand, that way we don’t overproduce. This limits our environmental footprint.

Besides that, we offer 100% organic cotton whenever possible, eliminating the use of chemicals (pesticides, bleaching, etc.) in our merch.

Lastly, our Print-on-Demand provider prints your clothing at factories near you! Therefore shipping distances are limited. Sometimes you even get the option to compensate for your carbon footprint!

How do I know I am ordering the right size?

Thanks for asking! It’s great that you are thinking about this, as ordering the right size prevents unnecessary returns.

Each clothing item has a sizing table, accessible via the text near the ”add to cart’ button. This opens a little screen where you can see all the measurements.

Are your products of high quality?

Yes! In our opinion, it’s better to have one high-quality item for years to come, than three items that will only last you a year. We have selected the highest quality products we could find, and are always looking at ways to do better.

Which printing technique is used for the merchandise?

Our partner uses the Kornit printers. Kornit prints with DTG machines.

DTG printing works best on natural materials, such as cotton. The machines produce almost zero wastewater and are very energy-efficient, which in turn lowers their carbon footprint.

Which ink is used for your merchandise?

The Kornit digital printers of our partner use water-based vegan inks. They are toxin-free, biodegradable, non-hazardous, and contain no animal by-products. Kornit formulates, tests, and produces their own inks in the factory.

Why does my shirt have a vinegar smell?

A vinegar scent or off-white residue isn’t uncommon when unpacking your newly received product. It comes from the natural fixing agent used during the printing process. Neither this scent nor the off-white residue are permanent.

The solution is very simple: wash your product! Both the smell and the residue should be gone after one wash.
