We are sorry to hear you might want to return your item! If there’s anything we can do to help out, don’t hesitate to contact us. We are here for you and want to see you satisfied. Below we’ll list our return policies for the different product types; digital and physical.

Digital products

Unfortunately, digital products are not eligible for returns. But, if you are unhappy or something isn’t working, feel free to reach out.

Physical products

With physical products, we have a 30-day return policy.

We made the environmentally conscious decision to print on demand, meaning every product is specifically made for you. This means that any returns can’t be sold again. Although return steps are provided with your order, we would like to ask you to contact us before making any returns. We love to help out to come to a solution together with you.

Unfortunately, we can’t cover return costs, so you will have to pay for the return shipping costs.

We do want to emphasize you have the full rights to send the product back within 30 days and you will get a full refund including shipping costs (when the entire order is returned). Note that we will always process your return- or refund request as long as it is submitted within 30 days after receiving the products. We are sorry if our response takes a little longer during certain periods of the year. Although our reply might surpass your 30 days, this will not affect your return shipment. 

Returns we can accept

  • You have contacted us within 30 days after receiving the product.
  • We can process a return only if the product is unused, free from damages, has not been washed and all labels are still present. Feel free to try out your clothing, but leave labels on there, and keep it clean.
  • Any manufacturing faults, shipping damages and mislabeled items are covered by us. As said before, please contact us for a solution. We stand for the quality of our products.

Returns we can’t accept

  • If you fail to contact us within 30 days after receiving the product.
  • If we receive a return, and it is clearly used, washed, or has sustained damage we won’t be able to refund you.
  • If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address we can send the product out to you again, but in that case we do have to charge you for the new shipping costs.
